Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions (“Conditions”) listed on this page apply between the customer and Revoel Ltd (“Revoel”, “We”, “Us”) online store/website (“online store”, “website”) and all purchases placed through it. By accessing the online store, you accept the terms and conditions and agree to follow them. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, you may contact us via email: email@example.com.
Revoel Ltd reserves the rights to modify these terms and conditions at any time including any content in the online store without notice. These terms and conditions of sale are valid as of 21 February 2020.
Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders via DHL Express GoGreen worldwide delivery and item(s) will be shipped to you until the end of the next working day when you place your order by 2pm (GMT/UTC +3). To find out more about GoGreen as a shipping method, visit DHL´s own sites.
The customer is reliable to give correct contact information including full name, phone number, email and address for the delivery to be completed successfully. The shipping fee is 14,90 EUR per purchase.
We ship to following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns after 14 days from receiving the purchased item(s).The purchase is considered to be valid after you receive the order confirmation by email.
You must contact us within 14 days from receiving your purchased item(s) so we can process your wish of return. We do not charge extra fees of returning an item(s). All deliveries, including returning packages is processed through DHL courier. In case of an exchange, Revoel is not liable for the courier charges and fees concerning the deliveries.
If you wish to return an item(s) you ordered from us, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note! If you wish to return or exchange our products, they must in the same condition as sold, labels attached and in original package. The hygienic cover attached to the product must be in place. If you remove the hygienic cover, the products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We use Paytrail Oyj and PayPal as our payment service providers. Visit Paytrail´s or PayPal´s own sites to find more information and contact details. All prices on display in our online are in euros.
When a customer chooses to proceed the payment using Paytrail´s service, Paytrail will appear as a recipient of the collection in the customer´s bank statement/credit card invoice. For payments made using PayPal, the customer is advised to set up a personal PayPal account in order to proceed the payment.

In order to purchase item(s) from the online store, the customer needs to be at least 18 years of age.
Data and privacy
In case a disagreement cannot be solved between Revoel and the customer, the customer has the right to contact Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (www.kuluttajaliitto.fi) and lastly, Consumer disputed board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to request a decision from third party.
We are not liable for delays or damages in product deliveries due to force majeure situations, such as natural disasters, transportation strikes or trade barriers or prohibitions. We assume no liability for any indirect or consequential damage.
Intellectual property rights
All content in Revoel online store/website is property of Revoel Ltd. This content includes for instance, pictures, texts, trademarks, videos, product information and details. It is strictly prohibited to use or copy this content and material by unauthorized parties. Revoel is a registered trademark.
